addressing the whole person body, mind, and spirit. That’s why we created the VUGA UKIRE
Trauma Healing and Resilience Hub: a unique, compassionate space where individuals and
families can recover from emotional wounds and build lasting resilience.
 What is VUGA UKIRE? 

"VUGA UKIRE" is a Kinyarwanda phrase meaning Speak Out and Be Free. It reflects our
mission: to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where people can express
their pain, confront trauma, and begin the journey to healing and wholeness.
